Chad Whittle, Ph.D. provides weekly opinion and analysis on the media industry and culture through his weekly column and podcast "A Whittle Bit of Commentary.”

He has over a decade of media experience including talk radio, newspapers, online platforms and he also interned while in college at WSB-TV, Atlanta, which is the #1 TV station in Atlanta and one of the top local stations in America. While at WSB, he helped with local TV political debates and also produced student led newscasts. 

His most recent radio work included the The Chad Whittle Weekend, which was a weekly two hour radio program on WDDQ FM Talk 92.1 Valdosta, Georgia.

Chad earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Broadcast/Journalism (2009) and a Masters of Arts in Communications (2014) from Valdosta State University. He earned his Ph.D. in mass communication from the University of Southern Mississippi (2018).
