In 2017 America, it seems that people no longer trust anything: the media, politicians, professors, labor unions, the list could go on and on.

A new Pew poll that has been released shows that Americans still have a positive view of the church with 59% of Americans polled see the church as having a positive impact on society, and 26% say it has a negative impact.

Three-quarters of Republicans or Republican leaning see it as positive and half of democrats or democrat leaning view it as positive.

It’s good to see that even in our politically partisan culture that the church is still trusted, and really that’s no surprise, because the church and religion will always stand the test of time and changes in the culture.

Jesus said the gates of hell will not prevail against his church, so it’s gonna be around for a long time.
