If Men Treated Women from a Biblical Perspective Like VP Mike Pence, They'd Still Probably Have Their Jobs and Reputations 11/30/17 - A Whittle Bit of Commentary

A Whittle Bit of Commentary with Chad Whittle

Below is a rush transcript (may contain errors):

There are getting to be so many sexual misconduct allegations against men that newspapers and websites almost need to make a section just to cover the daily headlines about it.

Matt Lauer is just the latest example in a long line and by the time this is published, there will probably be another man that will be accused.

I’m not gonna sit here and try to defend any of these men, I don’t know if the allegations are true or not. I don’t know any of them and I wasn’t there. My gut says that there are a lot of these allegations that are true concerning some of these men.

Recently, Vice President Mike Pence said he would not wine or dine with a woman that isn’t his wife and he got made fun of for it. Well, now look what has happened. Look at all the men that have been accused of sexual misconduct, and none of them are Mike Pence.

The stories about the alleged actions by some of these men are horrible, no woman should be treated the way some of these men have treated them. Women deserve to be respected, not violated.

If these men followed the Vice President’s lead and treated women from a Biblical perspective and a respectful manner, they would still have their job and reputation.
