A Whittle Bit of Commentary with Chad Whittle
Below is a rush transcript (may contain errors):
So the debate of the century is now in the can and on to the rematch. I’m not too surprised at how Lester Holt moderated, I assumed he’d be bias, I mean come on folks, the guy wants to keep his job at NBC, he cannot afford to be fair. As I predicted in my pre-debate commentary, Hillary looked ten years younger and felt wonderful. Now there wasn’t any cameras around afterwards so if she collapsed on a couch worn out, we’ll never know. I got so tired of her phony, fake smile. Her pretending to be likeable is very unlikable. Now Trump. Trump did ok, he didn’t really hurt himself, but I thought that he would’ve been stronger and would’ve went after Hillary more. He has opportunities and he missed them. I believe he should’ve prepared more for the debate, and he should before debate two practice. He should be himself, but practice wouldn’t hurt him. In debate two he needs to be stronger, confident and look more presidential. He also needs to realize that Clinton News anchor Anderson Cooper will pick up where Lester Holt finished and be totally pro-Hillary because he too would like to keep his job and membership card in the mainstream media club. Trump did not hurt himself though. He needs to build on what he did in this debate as we head into debate two. I’m Chad Whittle on A Whittle Bit of Commentary.
