New Study Reports Attending Church May Make You Live Longer 5/19/16 - A Whittle Bit of Commentary

The Following is a Rush Transcript and May Contain Errors:

A new Harvard study reports that attending worship services may make you live longer, about 5 months longer. 75,000 female nurses from 1992 to 2012 were analyzed and the results showed that women that attended more than once a week were 33 % less likely to die during the 20 year study than women who never attended. Women that attended at least once per week had a 26% less chance of dying during the study. Less than once per week, 13%. Researchers concluded that attending helps to provide social support, and offer a more positive outlook on life.  I’m sure if a study included men, it would show the same thing, so if you wanna live longer, don’t sit in on Sunday mornings.
