A Whittle Bit of Commentary with Chad Whittle

Below is a rush transcript (may contain errors):

You’re gonna laugh at me, but I promise you if you check out what I’m saying, you would realize that when I say e Sports, a term for video game tournaments that air on TV and online, could become one of the biggest sports, if you wanna call it a sport, in America in the next decade. ESPN announced recently that it will cover e Sports on their website. TBS will air over 20 hours of e Sports coverage this year and air tournaments. The pro video gamers have coaches, managers, and investors just like a pro sports team. At the tournaments, the gamers could win millions of dollars in prizes. It’s serious business. Millions watch the tournaments online and on TV. With Americans, especially young Americans love for technology growing and the growing popularity of video games, don’t be surprised if e Sports becomes a top 4, 5 sport in America. I’m Chad Whittle on A Whittle Bit of Commentary.
