Post-Debate Polls Show People Are Ready for Conservative Leadership - A Whittle Bit of Commentary 8/10/15

A Whittle Bit of Commentary with Chad Whittle

Transcript (may appear different than audio recording):

The first post-debate polls hit the internet this weekend and the results are very telling. By the way, all the following polls were conducted before Donald Trump’s Megyn Kelly comment on CNN, so keep that in mind. A NBC poll released showed that Trump kept his lead at 23%,  Cruz in second, Carson, Fiorina. A Gravis marketing poll  results stated 22% thought Carson won the debate, and a national poll from showed people thought Fiorina won the debate, with Cruz the runner up and Trump in third. The results of these polls tell me that people are ready for real, conservative leadership. You notice not one Republican establishment type lead the pack. People are ready for someone new, not a typical business as usual candidate. America is ready for someone to shake up politics, even if it’s not Trump in the end, America is ready for a return to conservatism. Let’s hope the GOP doesn’t mess up this great opportunity.
