A Whittle Bit of Commentary with Chad Whittle
Transcript (may appear different than audio recording):
So Saturday night while Whittling away the weekend, I had iphone close by and so I’m sitting there texting friends back and forth on all of these various apps including iMessage, Facebook messenger, SnapChat and Twitter. While all the various alerts from these apps popped up, it hit me how silly our society has become. Seriously, do we need 17 different apps just to send a text to someone? And on each app I’ve got a different list. Some people I have on iMessage, I don’t have on Twitter, and those that aren’t on Twitter, I’ve got them on Facebook messenger. The rest on SnapChat. Yes, each app does something different and is a different experience, and don’t misunderstand, I don’t mind texting friends, especially if they’re young, attractive, beautiful females, but it made me long for the good, ole days, back in the day when all you had was MySpace and AOL/MSN instant messenger. I’m Chad Whittle, SnapChatting, Twittering, Facebooking away on A Whittle Bit of Commentary.
