Celebrities & Non-Celebrities alike Need to Face Reality That Not Everyone is Gonna Like Them (Especially on Social Media) - A Whittle Bit of Commentary 2/20/15

A Whittle Bit of Commentary with Chad Whittle

Transcript (may appear different than audio recording):

There is one thing that is true about life and that is that you can’t make everyone happy, no matter how hard you try. Not everyone is gonna like you. That’s just how life is. This is true for those of us that are unknowns and for celebrities. For some reason, some celebrities have not figured out this reality of life. The latest example is 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick and former Miss Alabama Katherine Webb. Kaepernick responded to someone who mocked him about his working out will not help him find an open receiver. Webb posted a picture on Instagram and some said she looked too thin. These comments got the two celebrities all upset and while I don’t think people should go around mocking them, they are in the public eye and they should expect to be mocked because some people are jerks. They should instead of letting their feelings get hurt and go all over the TV to complain, they should just do what the rest of us do: block them on social media. I’m Chad Whittle on A Whittle Bit of Commentary.
