Deflate Gate is Another Example of Our Pass the Buck, Win at All Cost American Society - A Whittle Bit of Commentary 1/23/15

A Whittle Bit of Commentary with Chad Whittle

Transcript (may appear different than audio recording):

Thursday Patriots head coach Bill Belichick and QB Tom Brady both held press conferences where they both said they were shocked and have no clue how the balls got deflated in the AFC championship game. Neither said they wanted to find out how it happened or who did the deflating as a WFAN radio host pointed out. Isn’t this just another example of our pass the buck American society? No one wants to be a leader or be held responsible, or even find out what happened in this indecent, they’re just hoping it goes away so they can move on to the Super Bowl. Athletes, politicians, celebrities, people in your own community, no one wants to step up and take responsibility. I have no proof Brady or Belichick knew about the balls, but it’s hard to believe they didn’t when other teams have raised alarms about it and when they have a history of questionable actions. I guess it’s not how you play the game, but all that matters is that you win it. I’m Chad Whittle on A Whittle Bit of Commentary.
