For 2016, Republicans Need to go Where the Voters Are for Debates: Talk Radio & Social Media 8/28/14 A Whittle Bit of Commentary

Everybody is talking about the 2016 Presidential election, and no this is not gonna be a commentary about the actual candidates. This is about another important aspect of the election season: the debates. In the last campaign, the Republicans held like a 1,000 debates, or at least it felt that way. This time around they should have less debates, but space them out more into different mediums. No doubt they should continue having at least 3 TV debates. Those are incredibility important. This time around they should go to where the voters really are and they are not watching MSNBC. They should do a talk radio debate with Rush, Hannity and Levin as moderators. In order to reach young Americans, they need to go to where we live and that is the internet and social media. This coming election cycle they should consider either a Facebook hosted debate or YouTube. If they do this, they need to do it in a way that relates to and speaks our language. They need to find some young conservatives to moderate this debate and cover topics important to us. If the GOP takes my ideas and runs with them, they’ll be closer to the finish line of the 2016 election. I’m Chad Whittle and that’s just A Whittle Bit of Commentary.
