Hearing Gov. Nathan Deal Speak Made Me Feel Like I Was at A Pre-Party for Tuesday's Election - A Whittle Bit of Commentary 10/30/14

10/30/14 (transcript may appear different than audio)

Got the chance to hear Georgia Governor Nathan Deal speak at a campaign rally in Valdosta, GA on Wednesday and I gotta be honest, it felt really good to hear someone speak that has some common sense and has actually done some good. Governor Deal discussed how he’s helped the state become the number one state for business in the nation, among other reforms that he mentioned. Hearing a politician speak about the largeness of the federal government and how it needs to shrink is always good to hear. Governor Deal isn’t perfect, no one is, but given where we are in the state and the country as a whole, I’d much rather have people like him or Scott Walker in Wisconsin running things at the state or federal level. On Tuesday, I believe we’re all gonna be in for some election victory fun, so I guess you could say that yesterday I attended the pre-party. I’m Chad Whittle on A Whittle Bit of Commentary.
