After a hard days work, it is always nice to come home, fire up the computer and just listen to some music. If you’re like me, nothing can take your mind off of the awful news and stress of the day like hearing some of your favorite tunes. Music really is relaxing. A study referenced by CNN.com discovered that music can help lower your anxiety and the BBC reported that a study found music can help increase your dopamine which makes you feel happier. In the Bible, music is used to for worship and celebration. So if you’re feeling down and out, put on some good music, it’ll change your mood and you can for a few minutes forget all of the world’s problems. I’m Chad Whittle on A Whittle Bit of Commentary.
