Radio Free Trump: Radio Stations Going All Trump All The Time 24/7

Podcast Transcript:

Some radio stations are going all in on Trump.

Three stations in the Panama City area announced they will air two-minute clips of speeches by President Trump every hour until Election Day in 2020.

A station in Connecticut, WDRC, has Trumped the Florida stations by rebranding itself as ‘Trump 103.3.’ The station plans to air conservative talk shows from Mike Gallagher, Bill O’Reilly, and Ben Shapiro.

This is a great way to pump up Trump fans.

However, under FCC rules, stations must allow airtime to any candidate running for office. So they are required to offer Democrats airtime for advertisements.

I hope Democrats are invited on the station regardless of FCC rules because it’ll just be fun to hear “And joining us now on Trump 103.3, it’s Bernie Sanders.”

Democrat And True Liberal Tulsi Gabbard Speaks Up For Conservative Free Speech On Social Media

It's not every day you hear a Democrat Presidential candidate stand up for free speech for conservatives, but on a recent episode of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Tulsi Gabbard (D- Hawaii) did precisely that.

During the interview, Rogan and Gabbard's discussion turned to social media and how Facebook and Twitter have removed user accounts from individuals they obviously don't agree with politically.

Recently Facebook removed Paul Joseph Watson and Alex Jones related accounts from their platform.

According to Breitbart, Gabbard said:

"There's just been news recently about Facebook banning certain individuals . . . because of their speech. They disagree with the speech they're using or the ideas they're pushing forward. Unchecked, First Amendment rights going out the window.

Regarding the debate concerning social media networks are private companies and therefore are not required to allow free speech, the Hawaiian representative said:

"They're trying to get the best of both worlds. The fact that they are claiming to say, 'Hey, this is a free space for open communication for everyone' while at the same time saying 'You know, what Joe, I don't like what you're saying about this, so we're going to ban you and whoever your friends are from this conversation' — I think that's a big problem."

It is so good and encouraging to hear there is at least one Democrat candidate that is willing to publicly speak up for the free speech rights of those she probably doesn't agree with on the right. I am not sure if all the Democrat candidates are willing to take a public stand for conservative speech on social media. I think for some it would be the opposite and they would not speak up.

"I do not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it." We all have heard that famous quote by author Evelyn Beatrice Hall, but unfortunately, I think many on the left do not believe that anymore.

Tulsi Gabbard is a true liberal because she is defending the free speech rights for all and I may not agree with a lot of what she has to say, but I defend her right to say it.
