Regardless of Which Candidate Wins the Republican Nomination, I'm Voting For Them. Will You?

The election is serious business. There is no doubt about that. It’s important that we elect someone that will uphold the constitution, the law and our values.

Some of you are die hard Trump supports reading this and no one or anything he does, or says, or has done will change your mind on him. The same goes for Cruz, Rubio, etc. supporters.

With the primaries coming up, I hope you’ll let your voice be heard and vote for which ever candidate you feel shares your values best and will be the President leader for our country for the next four years.

I know you don’t want to believe this, and I hate to be the one to bring you the bad news, but it’s possible your guy doesn’t win the nomination. I know that’s almost impossible for you to believe, but it’s possible.

If your guy (or gal) doesn’t win the Republican nomination, I hope that you will make an effort to help the nominee win the White House by showing support and voting for him or her. Even though you may not agree with him 100% on issues, and even if he isn’t even your third choice for President, I hope you will put your personal disappointment aside that your candidate didn’t win and support the person that has a chance to win because we can’t afford not having a Republican as President in 2017.

I don’t endorse in the primaries because I want to be fair and cover all candidates honestly on A Whittle Bit of Commentary, but I can tell you this, regardless if it’s Trump, Cruz, Rubio or someone else that wins the nomination, I’m voting for him or her, because any of them would be better than the other options on the other side of the political aisle. That is for sure.
